We knew our willing guinea pig would enjoy having a very cool piece of gear to take home. He is very crafty and creative, so the next time we see this fiberglass head case it will have hinges and locks I'm sure. There were a few things we were unsure of in the beginning, the noise, the saw, and the tightness. Now that we are more comfortable doing this, we make it tighter and cut it off with more purpose. The bondage is tight without pressure points so it could be worn for many more hours than a more compressing hood. Yossie of Blackstee1 was our most experienced technicians.

We knew that a full body cast was going to be a project that required many assistants so our friend Yossie of BlackSteel took the lead and directed the entire operation. In all there were four people doing the casting and one person photographing. We had recently acquired a hydraulic OBGYN medical table which came in handy as we started to cast the lower part of his body. The table allowed us to raise, lower, and recline his body as we cast his legs and feet. In addition, once he was fully cast the hydraulic table allowed us to vary his body's position which lowered his fatigue and allowed better blood circulation...

After that we put him in a walking neoprene sack and tormented him in the background. This full body cast is labor intensive so we had Yossie and another casting expert on hand. Full Body Fiberglass Bondage (2011)

After years of bondage photography we thought we had seen it all. Over a year ago a fellow visiting San Francisco contacted us to have a meet and eat. We had pizza and talked about his interest in bondage. He said he loved and owned several tight fitting motorcycle suits, I guess he had quite a collection and they were all high quality leather, so I figured him to be a fetishist. He traveled to the Midwest where he found another guy who has been doing casting for 25 years. He learned a great deal over two visits. The first visit he was casted for three full days, then the second visit four days. Our combined information and experience, plus $500 dollars in materials made this casting very effective. Mikey and Tony gave us a hand plus another good friend of SBI. This took several hours and a great deal of work, engineering, and elbow grease. The coolest thing was that he spent over a day in it. It is now stored down stairs after he glued it back together. I get a kick out of having such a memorable souvenir.

Fiberglass Head Casting For Mikey (2011)

Mikey and Tony again visit SBI for a little fiberglass encasement. This was a head and hand cast with a little hardware casted in. I love putting Mikey in bondage of all types, but this was very special. Bondage involves trust and this type of bondage is more edgy than most. The hardness of this OrthoTape fiberglass and the fact that it is so close to a person's flesh makes it very dangerous. I really like Mikey and would hate to injure him in any way.
